Bailey’s factories are well known worldwide for innovation as well as production processes that are lean, efficient, and high-quality.

A strategic entrepreneur, Bailey has successfully built the bicycle and material sciences businesses from scratch to now being the major owner and Chairman of Covation. Bailey earned his Bachelor's Degree in Technical English from Wuhan, Hubei University of Geoscience, China.
Alex Lam
Founder of a financial advisory services firm 15 years ago covering fundraising, M&A, and corporate restructuring.

Prior to providing advisory services in his position as Vice Chairman of Covation since 2009, Alex was the managing director of several major financial services companies in New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Alex earned his Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Hong Kong, MBA from Chinese University of Hong Kong, and also completed executive development programs from Carnegie-Mellon and Stanford Universities.
